Nutrient Dense Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk (or other milk of choice)

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 inch of ginger

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat germ


Instructions

  1. Place kale, spinach, berries, banana, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, ginger and soy milk into a blender and blend. Add more milk as preferred.

  2. Top with wheat germ and enjoy!
